If you want to try have Japanese traditional breakfast, go to one of Gyuudon-ya like Yoshinoya or Matsuya ( these two are popular Guudon “beef- bowl” restaurant chain)
There are some Japanese traditional Teishoku “set of dishes” for breakfast and the other meals. But make sure the time to eat.
And unfortunately you buy the ticket by a machine so no chance to speak Japanese.
